Isn't it the rich that control the Republican party? I am Democrat - I don't have money enough to be a Republican and I'm not a blind follower.

You do know the President does not have that kind of power. NO policy gets passed until it goes through Congress and then is presented to him to sign. Unless the law/policy has passed with 100% Dems voting against it, you can't even blame the Republican Congress (not to mention that Republicans haven't always had the majority).

Its called "Balance of Power." Learn more before you make uninformed statements like that.

Depends upon what you think is ‘the rich’. US citizens are some of the richest people in the world and we use the most amount of raw material; thus if want more money so that you can be ‘rich’, then don’t buy everything you want. But back to the question. Bush gave families more money for their children credit on their taxes, he reformed some laws for adoption credits, and other important part of the tax laws for the family. Therefore, the families in the US are gaining the most from the tax breaks.

presidents don't pass policy, they sign laws into effect after congress passes it.

And I guess you are forgetting that this current president has signed more spending bills for social programs than almost any other president, the medicare drug bills, and more.

also many of the business tax cuts is what keeps our economy better today than ever before, and it ceates jobs for the people compaining about the cuts.

Because that is who contribute to their campaigned. One hand washes the other. You have to take big business contribution out of the equation for there to be real progress for the American people and I mean that on both sides Left and Right.

Republicans believe in less government control. Programs for the less fortunate are generally through government

They believe there are those that deserve $$ and those that do not. They've "earned" their $$ and they pull up the ladder behind them so no one else can join in the wealth.
