I really want to get legally emancipated how do I start.?

My dad is a real *** he beats me with a belt and treats me like trash.
I cant wait to move out and get married.
So how do I start getting legally emancipated.

Then you file with the court and give reasons why you should be emancipated and considered an adult. Free legal aid might be available to help with the legal work.

Why don't you call child protective services on your father if he is abusing you?

Also, it's not a good idea to get married just to get out of the house. Those marriages are often not very strong, since the basis of them is escape. You might be jumping into a bad situation.
