I mean really? Right before sentencing. Are you kidding me?

I also heard it from CNN, but I'm guessing A. he killed himself and the family is covering up, or B. he's in the Bahama's with some extorted money.

I only heard the headline and none of the details but, yeah, it is AWFULLY suspicious. Was he diagnosed with a heart condition? What kind of life insurance did he have? Do you think he took his own life in some way? I'd have to hear more than a headline. I'm listening to the radio right now but there are no details. Lots of questions. Few answers. Too much speculation.

I don't believe the story about Ken Lay having a heart attack before sentencing. I believe he did it so he doesn't get the verdict that was planned for him. I think he did it to get out of it.

I too doubt it was a heart attack. Never did think he'd spend years in prison.

I believe it is true... sadly, but there could be a twist of suicide, which is as simple as, not taking his heart medication... which led to this heart attack.
