Guppies have the tendency to give birth to "siamese" twins or fry with two heads or any combination of being conjoined as a result of inbreeding. Most of the time the resulting fry are not viable or not for long. When you put guppies in a tank they can only breed with the same fish all the time and that is hard on the old blood lines. You need to thin out your population once in a while, give some away and add "fresh blood". It's the healthy thing to do for your guppy community.
And if you really want to euthanize the fry humanely, drop them in some water with a lot of ice in it. It will kill them instantly.

Guppies have so many young, few of which actually ever survive so it is difficult to tell. If you are lucky perhaps it will.

They probably won't live for long. I'm sorry! They aren't swimming like they should...but I'm no expert. Give a vet a call...you need to talk with someone who knows about fish...could be a pet store.
