I think the best thing to do would be to tell her to ask your parents. It's up to them to tell her about these things.

If shes under 11, tell her about the birds and the bees. Keep it scientific... the way a biology teacher would discuss sex.
If shes older than that, tell her the truth, but make sure you stress the aspect of responsibility and the repercussions of such actions.

Depending on her age you should be truthful with her as you possibly can. Or you can let your mom, aunt, sister, or some female in her life teach her on this subject.

well if your sister is verry young then you need to tall her that she needs wo wait but if she feels the need to talk about it tell her to talk to her mother about that issue ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, but if she is much older than that then still tell her to talk to her mother cus i dont think it is right for another man to talk to a girl about sex unless they are their parents.................... hope this works
