well, it's part of a process, called LIFE. The ultimate goal is positive, therefore I would say it s good to be a teenager - as it is good to be a child, adult or mature person.

its a very good thing, u can be as moody as u want and mainly get away with it, u dont really have any responsibilities, and u get to enjoy being young!
