Yup "massive coronary". I wouldn't be surprised if it was part of an elaborate escape plan or a suicide. Either way, I am PISSED. I wanted him to rot in jail. Death is too easy!! And if he did get away, it's the government's own fault. If a regular person was facing those crimes they would be put in jail right away and that time would be deducted from their sentence. How are you going to let someone was already found guilty of crimes that will certainly put them away for the rest of their life out for 5 whole months?! He was convicted on May 25th, and sentencing was originally planned for Sept 11 and then got delayed to Oct 23rd. It's stupid if you ask me. What is preventing them from taking off? They should do a DNA test on the corpse. I don't think he'd use a mannequin, but maybe a look a like. Who knows. He is an evil genius in the truest sense.

LOL - officially yes, but who knows. I guess he could have bought off the Sheriff's Department, Doctors and Nurses. Enron was years ago - let it go my friend. It's not worth the stress to remember it. Unless you were one of the people who lost their life savings because of this azzhole. He's burning in hell probably so he is getty his payback for eternity.

He certainly has the means and motive to fake his own death, just as Enron had the means and motive of "silencing" a leak and framing the local authorities to paint it as a suicide:
