I really pity you if you are an American. If merely the number of deaths were to count the previous American Presidents Wilson and FDR should have been impeached if your logic were to be followed. America had no business to intervene in the mutual quarrels of the European powers It is easy find fault with Bush talking from a high pedestal but the recalcitrant Iraq had to be disciplined by somebody and that somebody could not be anybody else than us.The Europeak powers have lost the elan of the earlier centuries.May be our reports of WMD there were found to be misleading but the way Saddam was creating difficulties in the inspection by the UN Team had created a strong suspicion. And now North Korea has acuquird nuclear know how and Iran is on the way. Earlier Col. Gaddaffi had also spread a similar web.It is true that America has actually not been defeated in Iraq(It never will!) but almost . And a defeat has no father. Had Bush won people like you would have vied with each other to garland him. Bush has become the hero of a Greek Tragedy. Even if he does everything correctly the Gods above bring him to grief. At least we, the compatriots of Bush, should understand and stand by him. '"Right or wrong, it is my country!!" A European diplomat had said. Unfortunately I forgot his name.

Bush himself hasn't done anything wholly illegal. It is the collection of Congress, Cabinet and Bush who is fueling this war. Since the war is not deemed wholly illegal, only very immoral, Bush cannot be impeached.
Plus impeachment doesn't mean removal from office. Look at the Clinton administration. Clinton was impeached, but he kept his job, because the process didn't think he was jeopardizing the state of the union by sleeping around.
Lastly, if we really wanted Bush out of office, we could do what we did to Gray Davis in California. We can reverse vote him out of office! We the people can tell the president that he is doing a poor job, and fire him! But that takes a lot of money, time, and signatures.

He will not be impeached. Just look at the answers to your question. A big majority are on his side. I don't know why killing our soldiers is ok with them but I'm glad I'm not one of them. The war will only be stopped when someone gets elected who puts the care of our country and the people in it first and the rest of the world second. I don't see that happening though. It seems that for a long time now the powers that be in Washington have been putting the wants and needs of the rest of the world before our own. I would like to see a president put us first for a change.

Man, you all are thick! You guys think that the president can do whatever he wants, whenever he wants. What you are forgetting is that he cannot do a thing with out the help and approval of congress. Yes friends, congress is also to share the blame! You Senators and House Reps helped the president to do these things. I must say, it is mighty convenient to put everything on one person. Bush is to blame, Bush is killing our soldiers, Bush is making the world hate us. Who controls the money? Congress. Who’s fault was it that our military wasn’t properly equipped to go in? Congress and Clinton. What, did you think we would never need our military again, great move I must say. How’s the economy doing—just fine it seems. You wouldn’t know that because of folks like you. The economy is running at Clinton levels right now and you weren’t complaining then. Bush cannot be impeached for exercising the powers we as America gave him as president, no matter how much you want him to be. As to how many soldiers will die—soldiers will die. People die every day to violent crimes, what makes their deaths so meaningless? They are fighting for me and for you so that we don’t have to do it. Our military is entirely VOLUNTEER for those of you who have forgotten. I, myself, have had quite a few of my friends who were in the reserves so that they could pay for college. They went to Iraq, they came back and don’t want to go back. Would they go back if they were called upon? Yes they would, hence VOLUNTEER.

many Americans have forgotten there rights and the power we have over our leaders and many don't know our constitutional rights or the amendment's and might not know we can impeach the president as the people. unfortunately Bush might be in office until his term is up and over half the U.S did put him back in office and going to Iraq might be the presidents biggest mistakes in history and hopefully the other half will wake up as we did and realize that mistake and know that knowledge is power and most if not all do not have that knowledge and that will hurt the U.S a great deal and we and other people around the world will never forget what we have done, what Bush has done in our name the United States of America.

Bush in no way has saved us from terrorist attacks! In fact, he used that as his excuse to go after Saddam.
The sad fact is Bush will not be impeached. And everyday, soldiers will die in the war. I am very supportive of the soldiers, I am NOT supportive of the war. The same people that put Bush into office did it because of one reason: anti abortion. Yet it's okay for thousands of soldiers to lose their lives leaving behind families that mourn them.

Just as many people that died before Clinton was impeached and thrown out. Remember, Clinton lied to the US public and never asked forgiveness; however, Bush believes in what he needs to do when it come to removing dictators.

Still trying to figure out why people think he can be impeached. What has he done to warrant that action. You can't be impeached for disagreeing with the left wing liberals.

About 500 if a Democratic Senate is elected and they impeach him. Around 2,000 if we have to wait for the presidential election!

Big business owns the White House for at least another couple of years. They will continue making money on the backs of dead marines as long as they can. They will then plan for the next go round. We must be vigilant in insuring that election results are counted fairly.
