putting aside all the common useless platitudes like if you want peace work for justice and give peace a chance there is really very little any one individual can do. its a sad fact then it may take two to tango but it only takes one to start a fight. as long as there are leaders willing to go to war there will be war and since most if not all of those leaders are not elected but have come to power by other means they are not very easy to dispose of. there has always been bullies and bandits and in many cases they have risen to power. sometimes they start the war and other times war is needed to stop them. sorry to trash your nice dreams but its a nasty world out there.

World Peace will have to be adopted by World Leaders so the biggest necessary step is to have World Leaders who aren't 'in it for themeselves'.

Society is circling the drain, world peace will come after society falls down.

It's human nature to fix something after it's completely broken, rather than repair it on the fly.

In either the education or reform system, both necessary and practical and in dire need of people who want to help others. With a better education a greater hope of peace can be achieved and with better trained government employees people who need rehabilitation will come to receive it.

Democracy is the only form of government that accepts people of differing views as equals. Start with democracy. It's not too popular among those who hate and wish to be all-powerful dictators and force their ideologies onto others, but once they are gone, everyone has a voice in a democracy and the majority rules.

Because "we" dont all want world peace. As absurd as it sounds, its true.If one man had the potential to control or destroy the world and the entire rest of the world wanted peace it still wouldnt matter you see.All it takes is one.Especially these days. But as far as your question, the answer is if we treated everyone else the way we wanted them to treat us, then all would possibly be OK,unless said person wanted to be treated like crap.Maybe humans secretly think they deserve to be treated like crap.It makes as much sense as war.

To create world peace you have to create inner peace.Only when your at peace and love yourself can you help other people find peace. Also, treat other people the way you want to be treated.

There will be no world peace, never, ever. Why?, corporations make a lot of money from wars.
