Go the USPS website.... usps.com.... on the homepage you will see a section about having your address changed. This is what is says:

Quick and Easy
Saves you a trip to the Post Office - takes less than 5 minutes.

Safe and Secure
Verifies your identity - requires a valid credit card.

Email Confirmation
Sends you an immediate email confirmation of your Change of Address.

Hope this helps.

The USPS website is the official way to change your address online. I've had problems with it both times I've tried to use it though. Actually getting out and going to the US Post Office is the never fail way of getting it done.

Yes. Go to usps.org and fill out the form. The charge is 1.00 and you must have a credit of debit card to pay for it online.
