First of all, don't try to pop your pimples! By popping pimples. it causes scars on your face, which might be the holes that you are talking about. Unfortunately for the holes, there aren't any ways to fix them. What you can do is take care of the other pimples that you have.

Wash your face twice a day, once in the morning when you wake up and once at night. You can use any mild soap or Neutrogena prodcuts, which I found out works well. After washing your face, swab it with salicylic acid (Clean and Clear astrigent) and put on a gel based moisturizer to keep your skin from getting too dry (that causes pimples too).

For big pimples, as soon as they surface, dab on a spot of toothpaste (the paste kind, not the gel) before you go to bed. The toothpaste helps dry out the pimples.

For a quick solution, rub some ice on the infected spot. It reduce swelling and the color of the pimple too.

Here is another post that gives more solutions. It's an excellent post.

Never pop the pimple, the truth is when you pop the pimples you are actually pushing the puss further down. Second off you should never wash your face more than two times a day, even if your face is extremely oily. Washing your face in excess can actually cause your face to create more oil to keep it from drying out. Which can lead to even more pimples. If your face is oily in between washes, use oil blotting sheets, you can get these at walgreens, walmart or any pharmacy. Clean and Clear makes the ones that I use. They don't mess up your makeup (if your a girl), they simply just soak up the excess oil on your face without drying it out. Some good over the counter treatments to try are Pro Active or Natures Cure. If these products don't work for you then you should consult a dermatologist. Also, avoiding fatty and greasy foods are also a idea, oh and avoid touching your face (you can transfer lots of bacteria, and oil by doing so). Good Luck

Here are a few tips you could follow:

Diet: Avoid oily foods, like crisps and fried stuff. Eating chocolates certainly doesn't help either! Drink plenty of water to flush out toxins in the body.. which often lead to blemishes.

Skincare: Don't touch your face throughout the day.. as your hands may have a lot of bacteria.. which spread the blemishes! Tye your hair back with an alice band.. as oils from your hair can often lead to the same problem. Use cleansers specifically for oily skin.. as well as moisturiser. Tea Tree products are excellent for blemished skin as it has soothing properties. They work really well.. and will clear your complexion up in no time. The Body Shop supplies many Tea Tree stuff.

Despite all this.. if problems persist, I think you should consult in a dermatologist. They will give you their expert opinion and prescribe you with creams etc. especially formulated for your skin. Hopefully.. you won't have to go that far ;) Good luck xx

You mean your pimples has become permanent scars? If so, i dont think there's much help. Unless you consult a professional. If not i think there are some Chinese medicine that is able to cure acne.

To start reducing ur pimples now, is simply to start washing ur face more frequent. Say 3 times a day. Avoid oily food, drink more water, visit the toilet more often.

ProActiv!!!! Thats all I can say!!! I've only had it for a few days and already my skin feels much softer and it looks more refreshed and the blemishes are clearing. You should really try it. Oh and for makeup use oil free and non-comedegenic. But proactiv works.
