The score of the game last season was 49-28 and I don't think Purdue even scored until the second half. Quinn's numbers were some of his best that game - 440 passing yards and 3 touchdowns. Painter would have to be pretty spectacular this season to even vie for the heisman and beat ND.

How is Brady Quinn overrated? He became the first QB ever at Notre Dame to throw for more than 3,000 yards in a season. That is impressive considering the storied tradition of Notre Dame, not to mention the fact that Joe Montana never did it.

Quinn is overrated, he had a great pair of receivers last year and the fact that ND had no defense helped inflate his numbers
