Right after you get out of the shower, don't dry off all the way, and rub baby oil allover your body. You can get a bottle for $1 at the dollar store, and it makes your skin super soft. All the moisturizers in it should help you with your dry skin really fast. I use it almost everyday and my skin is really soft and moisturized :)

try this ..may be this will help...

The outer layer of your skin consists of dead skin cells - it's a protective layer designed to protect the delicate living cells of the deeper layers of skin. This layer of skin needs to stay moisturized to protect the deeper layers of skin. In order to keep the moisture (water) from leaving the outer layer of skin, the skin produces natural oils. These oils also help keep irritants away from the deeper layers of skin. Regular washing with soap or exposure to chemicals can remove these natural oils.

When the natural oil is stripped from the outer layer of skin the moisture (water) quickly leaves the outer layer of skin leaving the skin dry, irritated, and itchy. Worse, the deeper layers of skin are left exposed to harsh damaging substances including detergents, solvents, cleaners, paint and thinners, gardening chemicals, dirt and grease, latex gloves and powder, etc.

This results in more dry, irritated, and itchy skin that becomes chapped, cracked and damaged.

Hand and skin lotions only replace natural oils with artificial ones. These offer temporary relief that does little to heal the skin. Regular use of lotions can actually cause the skin to produce less natural oils.

Gloves In A Bottle is a shielding lotion – it bonds with the outer layer of your skin and protects it from irritants while locking in your natural oils and moisture – the reason why dermatologists recommend Gloves as an effective dry skin treatment.

I have very oily skin, so I use CLEAN AND CLEAR acne pads. But then my skin gets disgustingly dry, so I use olay face lotion. Then my skin has the perfect amount of oil that lets me stay acne and dry skin free.

apply the product suitable for dry skin . and due to dry skin, u should apply more sunscreen protection than oily skin because ur skin structure is thinner than those oily skin people. drink more water and take more fruit and vegetables too.for product : cleanser should not be foam, should be milk or cream, moisturiser should have both oil and water
content in cream foam and toner should be non- alcohol. and sunscreen spf at least 25 and above.
as for body, use milder shower gel, best in milk or cream type. put moisturiser, best if u can apply body sunscreen if your job is outdoot or exposed to sunray.only hands, neck, legs, exposed area.

Use Purpose Mosturizer (you can get it at Walgreens, Meijer, anywhere really) it works as an awesome mosturizer, sunscreen, and it doesn't clog pores or make skin oily. My dermatologist reccommended it to me, and now I know why!
