I've checked half a dozen different sites on "Indian" girls names
(Hindu, Sikh and Jain)and it would be next to impossible to use a name already in existence without having any vowels present. The name would not make any sense and would lose it's meaning. Even if you were very creative and tried to spell a name without vowels you'd still end up with the same results, the name would be without meaning. After looking at all those wonderful traditional Indian names I have to say that the majority of their meanings are beautiful.

"FYI": If Y and W are vowels too. Then Munya Carr would actually be: "Mn Crr" and that doesn't roll off any body's tongue, it sort of just sits there:)

y is a vowel when it is used as a vowel
w is a vowel when it is used as a vowel.
no word in English language without a vowel. (w in that word is a vowel!)
This is becoming my pet peeve.
