everything around us is a thought. if we were a thought how could we think........we could be in a dream though, but dreaming isnt really thinking

It's a little of both. Many people (too many, sometimes) see only what they want to see. That's their way of thinking and how they interpret their reality. And people are what they think. You can control an impulse to hit someone (though I'll be the first to admit that it's hard sometimes), but that doesn't mean you didn't have that thought.

i do feel sumtimes we r nothin but a thought..theres a lot more to this feeling but cant write the whole thing down

yea, interesting question. i believe thoughts are so significant , but haven't figured out all the secrets to how yet.
