Governments are working in accordance with their thinking,the people who has soft corner for the ruling party will definitely say it is very nice.It is up to you to whom you are asking and the result may vary according to the choice/selection of the people.They got votes to come to power by promising that they will abolish octroi,but the same has not been done.Neither they have tried to reduce the expenditure.They should restrict the perks of the politicians first then they can abolish the official cars(only conveyance allowance should be given to each and every member,Minister,and officer),after that they should withdraw the police protection given to all and sundry .Police protection should only be given at some cost,at least eighty percent cost should be recovered from the person to whom Police protection has been provided.Because it has become a status symbol.If anybody feels threatened then he/she should not come to the field he is working.He is there by virtue of his own needs.and not for the love and respect to the nation.
