I have been both. A couple years ago when i was really sick, i couldn't sleep during the night (if i tried it felt like i was dying)(*not* fun).....so i slept in the daytime and stayed up all night. That lasted for around a year.
After i was healthy again.....and in dire need of $$$$$.....i managed to readjust my internal chronometer, and now i keep more normal hours.
Recently i have been having sleep problems.....so i am often up at an obscenely early hour (03:15 this morning!), which i believe means i should have collected a lot of worms by now.
At least i don't waste the extra hours between bed and work.
I come here to visit with nice ladies like you.

An all-nighter makes you the earliest bird, but you may not fly very straight.
