I wonder why the sky is full of cloud and air. But I think what is more important is what do we gain by the fulness of water in the sea.
why do the "sun rise every day"? why do what go up comes down? You know that there are many questions than answers in the world. The happy thing is that all these things that we wonder "why?" at, are the greatest benefit to human life. May be they are the way they are because of us.
Somebody (not evolution) put it there for our benefit. That person is called GOD.

The sea is NOT full of water. The water IS the sea. If there was no water, it would not be the sea, unless it was a sea of sand.

Personally I feel that its almost like a way to control human growth, i understand that we are already overpopulated but without the sea we could continue to ravage and destroy the plant until there was NOTHING left. The seas make it so we can't live on them, but as we are destroying fish and populating them we still can't find a way to unlock all of the mysteries in the water and live on or in them!
