sure, just go up and talk to him. You can talk to him just about anything. You can talk about the weather, ask questions about him, how he thinks about world cup or whatever sports that he may like, ...etc.

The first thing you should do is learn to type legibly so that ppl can understand what in the hell you're talking about. Nothing you said above was grammatically correct, was a complete sentence, punctuated correctly or anything. I understand, this is the internet and is not your English class. However, you cannot expect ppl to take you seriously if you can't even form a complete thought in a manner transferable to others.
Now about your problem:
Just freakin' grow some balls and talk to the guy. Tell him how you feel, ask if he wants to go out with you or if he'd rather remain friends.

Just go ahead and talk to him in a friendly manner. Try to befriend him. If he is a guy who expresses his feeling in/through his words, you'll at least get a hint on what you've heard! If he is not...you can ask him straight away, whether what you've heard is right?! Good Luck! And pls..write properly, so that common ppl can catch up! (omigosh! Is it English?!)

Okay first of all don't freak out. Second of all go talk to him because nothing really is gonna happen if you both keep your distances. Try talking to him about sports if he & you are sports fans. Maybe just introduce yourself then say perhaps that you heard that he likes you. If he admits to it then you can say you like him.

He might have seen you with another guys. And that makes him afraid to come on you. You have to send any signs more clearly to him that you love him and only him. Give him a priority.
