James W....give me a break!

The Tigers will NOT fall apart. All they have to do is play .500 the rest of the season and that is 96 wins---and that beats 95!

100 wins; Central. Reason, White Sox lead the Yankees by 7 games. If the Yankees surge, they won't catch the White Sox, they'll catch the Red Sox. The battle is really between Tigers and White Sox. Similar to the East in 2004 where the Red Sox led in the wild card over the A's and Angels, but if either of them surged they caught the other in the West, not the Red Sox. The Red Sox have 50 wins now at the halfway point. If the Yankees catch them, assuming a similar pace for both teams, they will end up with about 100 wins. As long as the White Sox have more, the White Sox and Tigers go to the playoffs and one of the Eastern powerhouses is out.

The Twins will take the wild card with 95 wins because the Tigers are going to fade away in the second half and the AL west is pathetic and the Yankees won't keep pace.

To win the division, an actual division, it will take about 98+ wins. To win the wild card, it will take AT LEAST 95 wins. I believe that the Tigers will win the wild card, though you can never rule out the Yankees.

I pick those two because i see boston and chicago as the division winners. The east and the central, west doesn't matter.

This is going to be a great race up until the end. I do think that it will come from the central division, but the Yankees, Redsox, Bluejays, Twins, and I even think the Indians will come back to life and make it interesting. Probably 95 wins gets it done.

I think the wild card winner will set history this year ....100 wins, I think the Wild Card representative will come from the Central and it will be the White Sox.

The Tigers take it by 3 games, they win 103.

I think the Twins win over 90, and will have to settle for 3rd place.

92 to 95, in the AL Central Division, the toughest in all of baseball. The Indians who are in 4th place have better talent than any team in the AL West.

The central division, either the Sox or Tigers. Vote for AJ!

I think the Royals will be the Wild card in the AL and beat Detroit in ALCS and then face the Cards in the WS getting swept by the best team in baseball.

On more win than the next best team, and it will be from te central. Lets call it an even 90 and be done with it, shall we?

Go Tigers!
