Without a doubt, the Broncos.

Look @ the backs who have started there! Even when they leave, they get contracts that are way beyond their true talent levels... all thanks to Denver's system... Anderson, Gary, Portis, and so on!

it would depend on a few things.
1. am i at the end of my career and looking to pat my stats and make a few extra bucks if so then i would choose Arizona,San Francisco .
2. if I'm a mid level player than i would want Denver,Dallas,Cincinnati, places where I'm most likely to get a shot at the playoffs every year.
3. if I'm the top dog and all i want is, to have a chance to win then i would choose
1. Pittsburgh
2. Seattle
3. Indy
4. New England.
p.s. any body that thinks Shaun Alexander is an average back doesn't know crap about football.
and no I'm not a Seattle fan I'm a Dallas fan.

For sure it will be in the Vikings and the Jets. It think that these are the top two. The Vikings never had a good running back that why Daunte was so good because they never really ran the ball that much. The Jets should have draft a great running back in the draft because Curtis Martin is done. He is not as good as he was in 2004 and he getting older.

I'd have to say Seattle. they have a great o-line, and as we've seen, an average running back(Shaun Alexander) can pile up yards and touchdowns. as for being #1 on the depth chart, if you're a quality back, San Francisco really needs a #1, as well as Minnesota.

My first thought is Denver. No team in the league runs the ball better or more consistently.

However, consider the weaker NFC. If you go to the NFC you would have more opportunity for success against weaker defenses.

The NFC West is the worst division in football. You could run all over those guys. Just like college!

The best opportunity to be number 1 would probably be Idy, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Baltimore, Green Bay, Minnesota, San Fran. None of these teams have clear cut starters. As far as the best place to win it would have to be Pittsburgh or Indy.

For a team that has a future HOF QB - New England..Why: Because the need one, Dillons too old, they have a great defense, coaching and offensive players and an owner that is willing to pull the trigger when needed.

Denver - a lot of backs had the chance to be #1 and rush for over thousand yards.
