at my job, it stands for national testing laboratory. in what context is NTL used? maybe then i could tell you what it stands for.

I once had so much trouble gettin into contact with NTL, they kept me on hold, cancelled every visit and when i finally got an engineer round to hook my internet up, i asked him the very same question....his answer was Not Today Love.
I think its very true!!
