Try venture trucks, they are inexpensive and long lasting. For wheels, try spitfires, pig or almost, they tend to hold up well.

i like zero or flip wheels..they are good and last..well anyways for me...and the trucks i usually get grind king low..they are pretty good but kinda expensive..order ccs mag (go to ccs.com) and get there mag for free and its got everything

wheels are all made from polyurathan (?)/ but i keeps it old skool with the independents- use mad riser pads under those mugs!!
