It was a test misile fire launched and aimed at sea i think ,why is US thinks that it was failed and not aborted ? if not aborted or if not targeted to land in sea where do think the destination will be? after all it was a test fire ? wasnt it targeted into the sea ?

I think they were just "Sword-rattling". They want the US to know they are not afraid to start a war with us. However, they should be afraid. The US should act like we are afraid of them, too, because they need to feel powerful enough to protect themselves adequately. That way, they won't feel the need to actually attack anyone.
