The last time I had my period was May 30th. I had sex on June 11th and misses my period on June 27th when I was expecting it. As soon as I missed it I bought a home pregancy test and it tested positive. I could not go to my doctor because I was traveling with work. Yesterday, afternoon while in Target store I started bleeding really heavy. I went to the restroom and heavy blood clots (I mean big blood clots that looked like liver) kept droping out of me. I went back to my hotel room bleeding heavy. I showered and laid down. Woke up this morning in a pool of blood. I cleaned up and went to take a shower. I realized the bleeding had stopped compeletly but I feel a little weak but I have to attend this one important meeting.

If that was a miscarriage wouldn't it continue to bleed more than one day? The blood later became light red to almost pink in the evening? I took a pregnancy test this morning and it tested positive still - so I am still pregnant right? I hope!

Signs of a miscarriage include vaginal bleeding, abdominal, lower back, or pelvic pain, or passing of tissue from the vagina. Bleeding may be light or heavy, constant or irregular. When bleeding is accompanied by pain, the likelihood of miscarriage is high. As you don't state that you had any pain, then I would be hesitant to call this a miscarriage. Home pregnancy tests aren't the greatest as far as accuracy and a false positive can happen- the digital type are notorius for this over the last year. The heavy bleeding could be due to missing a period, but there could be other reasons including polyp, cyst, amongst other reasons. Clots bigger than a quarter need to be checked out by a doctor. I would definately go see a doctor as to what is going on, especially since by your symptoms you could also be anemic. I would see a doctor sooner than later, to see what exactly is going on.

It is possibly a miscarriage, some spotting can occur during pregnancy, but that amount of blood is not normal. You need to see a doctor or go to an er immediatly if you want any chance to save this pregnancy. My sister had placental previa with similar symptoms and was put on bed rest and monitored. They were able to help her carry almost to term. Baby is doing super now. But it is really important that you get prenatal care now.

You need to go to the hospital if you can not got to your doctor. That is a lot of blood to lose. I would suggest going to an ER asap! Lossing that much blood you have probably misscarried but still have the hormones in your system to make you test positive. Please see a doctor today!
