My friend hoo is almost 15 only weighs 70 pounds she is very little.....and has noo boobs....what age do u think shell get her period at?

It is of concern that your friend is the age she is an weighs so little. Getting your period indicates that your body is ready and able to carry a baby. If your body is not healthy enough or you exercise too much, causing too much stress on your otherwise health body, you do not get your period. Studies show that you usually get your period about the time you hit 100 pounds.

By 16, a girl should start her periods. If not, i think she better consult a doctor. Some people get their periods really late.

I got my period when i was 15 almost 16....and the doctor told me that was totally normal

wow i got mine at 13 i started developing at 11 so she will probably get hers at 19 or some thing shes lucky she dont have it cause i used to think i would be cooler if i got it but no its a pain your friend is really lucky! except for her weight she needs to go to mcdonalds or something and eat lots of bagels and bread it will help her gain weight!!!!!

I know someone who didn't get hers til she was 17. But that is not the norm. Has your friend seen a doctor to make sure everything is ok?

people get their periods at different times. my aunt got hers at 16. they could induce her to have her period, but that was a last resort. she should be ok. and what is her height?
