i would like to know how human resource activities are related to each other. i would like to know how compensation affects training on the job and vice versa.

Some companies consider training as part of compensation. Training often leads to expanded job responsibilities and then to promotions or salary increases.

job training means they will train you in house or at their place of business.
compensation means they will give you something for doing something. Example: If you go to school to further your education for your position at the company, they will compensate you by paying your tuition.
