Well, do you mean in everyday life? Because I am a nurse, so my job IS helping other people. But in regular day to day stuff - I would say I help people as I see the need. I do little things like help the elderly at the grocery store, or the little 82 year old lady who lives next door to us - we mow her grass and do little tasks for her without her asking - and of course we always give her a hand when she asks. I help friends out when they ask and when I can.I would say that outside of work, on average, I help someone who is not family , at least once a day.
