There are numerous websites that can supply you (mail-order) with a grooming kit. As someone mentioned there is Robinsons, but you could also try Derby House, Ride-Away, or Jumpers Horseline.
Robinsons have a massive warehouse that might be worth a visit depending on where you live.

Try Smith Brothers. You can buy an Oster grooming kit that is really nice for only $45. The pros use them and are usually very expensive, but a discount if you buy them together.

Jeffers equine, State Line Tack, Valley Vet Supply, ebay, a local tack store. Google can always send you to a good one. I recommend Valley Vet Supply and Country Supply. They are always good priced.

I would go to a tack store! ...and most tack stores have websites so you could order it from a site. Its not hard to get horse supplies.
