I guess it is possible but consider this. Men and women are so different in how they view the world it is highly unlikely that any single man and single woman would think so much alike as to be what is thought of as "a soul mate".
It is possible to find someone who is close. But no matter what it seems like in the beginning a relationship changes with familiarity.
We all put on our best foot forward while going through the attraction phase. But....when married we all of a sudden wake up to the fact we married a human. We find out they are not so perfect after all and then we must rely on how much we love them and how flexible we are.
To truly find a soul mate could be life long and even then you may find them married to someone else.

YES! I believe that there is a soul mate out there for most people. I am not certain that EVERYONE in the world has a soul mate though. I think some people are just meant to be single. They have a gift to be single that a lot of other people do not have. I was blessed enough to be sent the best husband a woman could ask for or want. I would not trade him for anything! My husband and I are truly becoming one and I really believe God is knitting our souls and spirits together. When he is not with me all I can think about is being with him and this after 4 years of marriage and kids! He calls me several times a day just to say he loves me and he also doesn't like to be apart. I truly love this man and feel his love and admiration for me also. SO, YES~ I believe in soul mates.

You see it in movies all the time and the concept of finding one's sould mate seems amazing. I think we all have a soul mate, maybe more than one but definately one. I think though with the world like it is today it has become increasingly hard for people to find their soul mate.
When you do find yours I hope that you hold on and that they feel the same.
