By changing your lifestyle slowly, nothing too drastic. Start drinking more water, this will eliminate a lot of calories and it's good for your skin too. Also try incorporating vegetables, have a salad with a lot of different vegetables like different lettuces, spinach leaves, carrots, tomatoes, cabbage, and then add some other food groups, like shredded cheese, boiled eggs, bacon bits, and grilled chicken. You can even have whatever dressing you like. Just not too much and mix it all in good so you get a good even taste. And you know you have to exercise, there's no way around it (unless you wanna just starve- and you don't, it's not pretty). FInd some exercises you like on www.shape.com they also have recipes and a whole lot of other sh!t you could use. Or you could try the body by glamour plan. I did it last summer and lost some weight.

P.S.- another secret, STOP stressing. It's like an extra boost in addition to the healthy eating and exercise, the weight will fall off. And stick with what you do. Eat what you want in MODERATION and keep the workouts going. And get more than just enough sleep. When you see the muscle tone and feel the energy you have, you'll know why.

Easy!
This is not a diet, it is a life styl-change.

Does not matter who you are.

Every one consumes 65 to 95 Calaries per hour even when they are not doing any thing physical. 3600 calaries is aproximately 1lb of body fat.
Since you want to lose wait, atleast you feel you are over weight and you have confirmed it with available standard weight chart-if not first check it out (recomand seeing a doctor in all cases).

Here is the mechanics:
1. Must eat balance meals-"by and large"-"most of the time".
2. To start, you can sefly presume that you are burning only 65 calaries per hour. You are eating more calaries than you are using up. It means you can cosume 1560 calaries per day, and still not gain any weight, at this calaries level you should lose some weight every day ( however little) simply because no one really consumes only 65 calaries per hour cotinueouly for all of 24 hours of a day.
3. To achieve this calaries leveI with ease. you must keep a record and plan your meals ahead of time. It would help a geat deal if you consume 12 oz of water first thing in the morning when you wake up. and 8oz to 12 oz before every time you eat (minimum 3 seat down meal, maximum 6seating). Total liquid in take must be 96 oz in 24 hours (most of it must be water). This must not be considered as liquid diet. As a matter of fact no one can diet and lose weight and indefinately keep it at ideal level without a life styl-change.
4. If you do not see any weight loss after 1 month. You are an exception.

a. Increase the activity. Every day, take 5 minutes fast walk-retun slowly back for weak at a time. In the second wk. add 5 minutes more of fast walking. By this time your retun walk speed will automaticaly increase also. Walking is the best thing but if you do not have time you can start running after few wks. and walk back, utimately you can run back also. This must be done for 2 months atleast. You will see the weight loss.
5. Hope you are able to loose weight and keep it at ideal wt. level.
Incase you donot loose wt. see a doctor tell him what you have done so far and why.
Again good luck.

Well, really everything is a diet. But if you eat 5 fruits and 5 veggies a day (I know it sounds impossible but our ancestors did it), you'll be too full to eat a lot of other crap. Plus, you'll have energy. And you don't have to go to the gym all the time, just take your mp3 player and walk around the park for an hour or so. It's all about being natural.

Simple, either (or both) eat less or exercise more.
Exercise: Try taking the stairs instead of the lift. Try walking instead of taking the bus. Try gardening or jogging in the park instead of watching TV
Eating: Forget the diet, just stop eating snacks and choc bars between meals. If your weight doesn't start to fall, then just carry on eating all the things you enjoy but start reducing the amount at each meal. Smaller portions. If your weight doesn't fall, make them smaller still. No silly diets, eat just what you fancy, just eat less of it!

Start by walking. At least 2-3 miles a day. Cut back on carbs. Lots of Fruits, Veggies, Meat. But keep walking. Every day.

increase your activity level---nothing strenous--walking--pushups, something that makes your heart beat faster for just 15 minutes at a time---then choose more vegetables and fruits for you meals---the fresher the better---eat less red meat, more fish and stay away from breads, pasta and sweets---is that changing your diet or just changing the foods you eat?? don't consider it a diet because that refers to something new and meant to have an end---change what you do and what you eat--you'll lose weight without the stress of a diet.

Special K for breakfast, substitute snacks for fresh fruits and veggies, don't eat after 9:00 p.m., and lastly walk, walk, walk,. The weight will fall off of you.

You don't have to follow "a diet," just make healthy choices when you are hungry, watch your portion size, and exercise regularly.
