could i get pregnant if i had unprotected sex with my bf while i was on my period? i got my period on the 2nd and i had unprotected sex with my bf on the 4th. is there a chance i could be pregnant. no one word answers plz!.. and plz give a percentage.(example 50/50)

First of all, if you don't want to get pregnant, don't have unprotected sex. Don't have sex at all. But if you had sex 2 days into your period you should know that there is not an egg to be fertilized anymore. As long as you have a regular period and are not producing multiple eggs at a time, then you should not be pregnant I'd say 90% chance you are NOT pregnant. Next time USE A CONDOM!!

YES! Don't listen to the lies! Although technically you can not get pregnant during your period, your cycle could be irregular. Not every woman has a 28 day cycle and ovulates on day 14! That is a myth! The sperm can live inside you for up to 5 days! If your cycle is irregular and you ovulated after the fourth then you can get pregnant. This is my standard answer......... go get a book called Taking Charge of your fertility by Toni Weschler. It will help you understand your body and all the myths about it. It will help you time when you are ovulating and the best times to conceive. My Doctor recommended it to me and after 1 year of trying I got the book. It worked the very next month. It turns out that my timing was wrong due to mis-information. I hope it helps you, too! It's not only about getting pregnant. It's about knowing your body and knowing when you are fertile or not. You can pick and choose what you do with your info. Good luck and don't listen the all the myths!

Usually that is not, at all, possible!
The thing is .. if you were taking the pill (the pill to avoid getting pregnant) and have now stopped, your organism might be dysfunctional.
When you have the period it means that you are expelling the unused egg. Only after, more and less, 14 days will your body generate anew egg to be fertilized, and so, until that you are not fertile.
But when you are taking the pill and stop, your boy is confused and anxious to reproduce.
A friend of mine got pregnant in this situation, only two days after her period was over.
Never the less .. you are, most certainly, not pregnant.
JUST A REMINDER: condoms are not only to avoid pregnancy, they also avoid contamination from Sexual Transmitted diseases... you should ware it, no matter what!

There is a 100% chance of you getting pregnant. Just because your on your period doesnt mean you can't ovulate. Arouse can bring about ovulation. Take a test in a few days hopefully everything works out. If you are concerned RIGHT NOW go to the doc or planned parenthood and get the "morning after" pill

Some people are answering questions based upon nothing but their own personal guesses. Yes you can get pregnant during your period, it happens everyday. Yes you can get pregnant if your boyfriend "pulls out". You can even get pregnant if he just rubs his penis against the outside of your vagina, if he has a condom on, if you are on birth control, if you shower or douche immediately after sex, or any other crazy thing you have heard of. Abstinence is the only 100% way of preventing pregnancy. There is a vast array of information on the internet with sites that can accurately answer your questions with answers based on medical facts, not uneducated guessing.

I've had sex on a period but we did the withdrawal method... personally I wouldn't reccomend unprotected sex at all and I'd never do it again because stress of thinking your pregnant can make your period late so you worry even more. Everyone's heard this 1000000000 times, but CONDOMS for God's sake! =)

There is no percentage to give you. Any time you have penetrative sex, there is a chance of getting pregnant. This includes the times you are menstruating. Always use protection.

you probably are not, i'd say the chances are about 98-2...i am not a doctor, but a rule of thumb is 13 days after the first sign of blood is a time to try for pregnancy...but nothing is foolproof..strange things happen and make your bf use protection.

0% chance. ur lining has just sloughed becuase there was no implantation of an egg. the cycle hasnt even begun to re-align ur uterus yet! and stop having unprotected sex before u catch something, theres too much stuff out there to be playing wit ur life like that!

first question would be if he finished inside of you??? You cant give a percentage unless you know all the circomstances. Yes you can get pregnant while on your period. You can even get pregnant if he pulls out.
