With large pores you must be careful that you do not get a foundation that has oil in it. There are plenty that moisturize without having to use oil.
The foundations that I suggest are Prescriptives and Clinique for you. Things like Revlon and Loreal are very heavy and they make me break out at times, so I would avoid them. I know a lot of people like Mary Kay. I like some of their things, however their foundation is not one of them. As for others that you have listed there, I have never tried them, but can tell you that you will be spending a lot for something that you can get at Clinique or Prescriptives.
Since you have dry skin, I would reccomend the Clinique balanced make-up as it has moisturizers in it and goes on very smooth. For Prescriptives I would suggest the flawless skin as it is light yet covers beautifully. Prescriptives also comes in many shades, so you can find your perfect match!

Since you can't get MAC, then try Clinique. They have all sorts of foundation for different skin types. The women at the counter are more than willing to help you find what you need for dry skin wiht large pores. However, if you can somehow get your hands on MAC studiofix, it is excellent for filling in large pores. Mix with a little moisturizer and you are good to go. Good luck.

Clinique foundations are nice and tend to be pretty good for the skin. I had some problems finding one in the correct color since my skin is very pale unless I tan (yay, summer!)
I also really like Lancome Color ID. It goes on evenly and looks very natural. I also have slightly large pores (especially in my so-called "T-Zone") and this works very well.
Both foundations are liquid. I prefer this as they go on easily and are not too heavy.

Clinique, most definately it's meant to be good for your face.
It feels really light and not so caked on as MAC or Dior would, Your skin would be getting fized while you wear makeup!
