I pray that such a person could never be president again who has disturbed the peace all over the world and promoted terrorism.

Yes I agree. I am from the states and I have no idea why we put him back in power. It was a close vote though I believe the second time. Another thing is his running mate wsanted to make gay marriage legal and most Americans were against that so in turn voted for Bush. He has about a 30% approval rating right now, I believe the lowest for any President ever. Hope I could help!

Lets see, Bush got 51% of the votes which means that over half of the voting population DID want him as President. BTW that is a larger percentage then any democratic candidate has gotten since 1964.
The reason that Bush won twice and the Republicans will win again in 2008 is because the Democratic party is beholden to its liberal base. As long as they keep putting out leftest like Kerry, Gore, Dukakis and the like they will not win. Clinton ran as a "Dixiecrat" and only showed his true colors as a liberal once he got into office. (hence Hillary not standing a chance at winning now).

A very good reason not to vote for President Bush is that he is not running for President. By constitutional amendment he canot run for a third term.
As for compulsory voting, every dictatorship in the world has it, and the dictators always win by 99%. if you are so scared of President Bush, why would you give him this power?

I think he's a great president... if people actually see what he does and do some research... he does great things. I hate when our own citizens put down our own president... it's like putting down your own country casue we voted for him... and don't give me that electorical college crap. when 9/11 happened everybody wanted war to punish the group of people that made us suffer... that is what he is doing... maybe some soilders die in the war BUT THATS THEIR JOB! About iraq...okay maybe they didn't find anything but personally i think it was a smart move... i rather attack the bully before he attacks us... about katrina, DOES ANY BODY REALIZE THAT HE DOESN'T HAVE *ALL* CONTROL OF OUR TROOPS... Americans are so used to imediate respones that to gather and organize troops doesn't take 10min but longer, most of us didn't see that... he also has to get things passed by congress and senate... our government is not to blame Pres. Bush but also our judicial & legislative part of government too... If people would stop blaming it on one person and actually find the source of things, this would be a better country. Somebody said that citizens can't find jobs... BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TO! They live off of welfare and don't work cause theyr lazy bumms and thats how we got a deficit... don't even get me started on how democrats could do better in the oval office, cause it u summerize point of views... it's the same idea... Which one is better of the two "negatives" as you citizens call bush vs. kerry or gore.... we chose bush... and we have to deal with that decision for 4 or more years... so stop complaining because in this world there are bigger problems to think about like your own life... don't critize on what you can't controll... one of which is the government that can't be all liberal... once it make one person happy, another person will be upset... not everybody will be satisfied w/ our government... and there will never be peace around the world as long as humans roam this world...
he is a great man that needs some support from his own people...

I initially voted for John McCain in 2000. Though I did vote for him in 2004. I still prefer John McCain over GWB. But given the choice over anyone else I would vote for Bush again. He's just doing what he said he would right after 9/11. Any country who supports ANY terrorist organization is going to pay for 9/11. A free Middle East is a terrorist worst nightmare. they are a mere 1% of the Muslim population. Muslim's wish to be free. Any country thats supprts terrorists is subject to becoming a Democracy now.

Because (please note, I'm English but the same can be siad of Tony Blair) the nation is fearful of voting for someone more intelligent than themselves. Thus, good ol' folks like Bush and Blair get into power. People don't want to admit to being governed by someone better than them cos then they can't complain about. Makes no sense, I know, but think about it.
And Nikki clearly talks too much about things she doesn't understand. The anti-war rallies would suggest that it wasn't everyone that wanted war, and it's funny how America have only attacked oil rich countries. "Oh, let the Chinese die, who cares about the events in Zimbabwe where hundreds of white farmers and their families are getting hacked to death. They have nothing to offer us so we'll ignore them. Oh, wait, Iraq, now they are really evil. The Afghans, ooh, evil. Lets make a path of peace through Kuwait, Korea, anywhere else that has lots of stuff we want Mr Undersecretary?"

More people didn't vote for him than voted for him. He rigged the election both times, so we didn't really elect him... fairly. Plenty of people voted for him, but he wouldnt have become president if he hadn't rigged it. Diebold(the electronic voting machine company) is in the Republicans pocket. In some communities, there were like 10,000 more people than there actually were. if you get my drift. Somehow, nothing ever really got investigated and they didn't have any paper evidence of the electon, because of the electronic voting machines never printed out anything for the voter to sign. So, it is screwy, I think that he would have 'won' even if we had a compulsery voting system, but we should have one anyway, like australia, but look what they have for prime minister, lol. little mr. bush, or look at tony blair, little mr. bush #2
GOOD NEWS: he can't be elected again :)

You must live in a blue state. I live in a red state and we could not be prouder of the president and his efforts in the war. The only thing we are unhappy about is his stance on immigration. It saddens me that people are so cowardly that they will not support their own country while in the middle of a war. Why would anyone in the U.S. want to be on the side of the Communist and Dictatorship countries that only want the U.S. to fail and be controlled by them? I also think it is sad that more Americans get their news from Comedy Central than from CNN.

What is wrong with Bush? There is no one getting their head cut off in the name of religion here,no car bombings,no suicide bombings.Bush is a man of convictions he loves this country he is doing everything to keep you safe while others are trying to undermine his efforts.Poles are unfairly taken to produce low numbers and Bush has the BALLS to stand up for what is right.Joe Lieberman a Dem who know Bush is right also has the BALLS to back Bush in what he is doing and look what his WEENIE party is doing to him all they want is power and not one has a plan for this country's future.WAKE YA"LL and get the facts and know what you are talking about and what you being lied to about. This country is not perfect but you have your freedom to find another country if you dint like it here.
