Lay a trap. You basically need a tape recorder and a place and time. So set it up at your house, have the two of them over, roll tape and then make some excuse for going out for "at least 2 hours". If they are doing the dirty, they'll at least talk about it.

I would say that if you think they are having sex, they probably are. People frequently ignore their intuition because it is not the answer they want. My guess you already know they are having sex and the answer is what do you want to do? You aren't going to be able to change what they are doing so you have to change what you do. It is not an easy answer, but if you allow them to continue and do nothing, you open the door for it to happen again (if in fact you can get the relationship to end). There is a good possibility that your relationship with your boyfriend is having issues or has had issues. That is usually when people start looking for someone else to lean on.
