Well simple.....you may have checked the power source but must have missed the power supply in the CPU(its the power box in the CPU. If not, then it has to be the motherboard or processor, nothing else. Usually if your motherboard and processor is fine you should hear the sound of it working or the fan moving even if you see a blank screen on your monitor.

I would suggest the following steps:
1. Is the monitor power light on at all? If so, try plugging the power cord from the monitor into the back of the PC and see if it powers on.
2. If the PC still does not power on at all, it is likely a failed power supply. If the system fan and light come on, but it does not boot, there are other diagnostic steps, such as making sure cards, RAM, and CPU are seated properly.
Good luck.

Does it gives a beep sound when you start it? If yes then problem is with your ram. Start the computer and watch the keyboard lights. Do they flash? If yes then your motherboard is most probably fine. Your hard disk, CD ROM and floppy drive has nothing to do with it so they are most probably fine. If you haven't done anything with it for past three years may be your motherboard battery just ran out. Try changing it {or better still take it to a technician}. Also if your motherboard and ram are fine than see if your display card is working or not. Open the computer and if the numlock light turns on than your display card is to blame for the problem.
If you can't figure it out just take it to a technician, he will know what to do.

A power connector to the motherboard may've gotten loose, but if all the cables you can seee inside are connected properly and it still doesn't work, the power supply (NOT THE OUTLET, the metal box inside the computer that plugs into the outlet) could be dead. If it tries to turn on and then turns off a second later, the power supply needs to be replaced. (To be precise, this is a burned-out relay switch)

Check the fan. If the fan burned out, then it will not turn on. This could happen if your tower is sitting on a carpeted floor, or if there is alot of dust. Call the geek squad!

Maybe ur motherboard dont works?
If the CPU is burned it can be for this reason:
1. Over heat
2. Over voltage
Something has go wrong...
