I have a 50 year old friend that’s about to be off work for a few months due to surgery. My coworkers and I would like to make a “off work survival basket” for her. I need help thinking of fun stuff to put in it. So far we have come up with a book, tea, a bell, activity books, hand held games, snack food, candy, nail polish.
Any ideas??

Hi, before any attempt, you may ask herself what she likes to give her as a gift.

good luck.

You guys are so sweet and thoughtful. That is such a nice idea. She is lucky to work with you. What about one of those stress balls? An aroma therapy candle? A coupon for a free drink/cup of coffee with a co-worker when she is feeling better? A magazine of cute guys pics? A journal to write when she's just laying there mending. Well, that's all I can think of. I hope some of them helped. You guys are great though. That is just too sweet!
