I dont know.. but I getting really tired of it.
Have they not proven to be the best team?? they wein when they have to, they score in clutch plays. Nobody has scored on them ( except themselves ) .. wow..
If Brazil was playin that good, nobody would have a problem

Hmm, I am not sure about false accusations - but Italy has gotten an earful for their style of "flopping" play. Factor in the on-going "delayed" investigation of Italian players and coahes in a bribe scandal at home and their play against America - many have questioned the Italian team.
But that doesn't matter, for Italy is in the WC champioinship and look to win it for the 4th time - and that is all that matters.
I am one of those Americans who criticized their play, but after watching their last 2 games - it appears Italy is poised to win and it cannot be denied, that no one has scored on them in 5 WC games (1 own goal) and they have won 22 straight international matches now. Honestly - thats all that matters.

We (I'm german) don't hate the Italians....they just have always played cheating and acting..of course they can play, but besides their skills theres only lots of diving, trying to get the ref to do something for nothing, big complaining if it doesn't work and delaying any game they play!! I'm totally sad we lost last night and I was angry because of Italy doing all their acting ****! But well, I don't know how many games you ever watched in your life with Italy, but I know that the cheat in EVERY game they play...that's just how they are FULLSTOP

Unfortunately, it is a love/hate relationship. People love to hate Italy's 'Azzuri' - why? They have a love for the game that most countries do not express like the way the Italians do. People call it being 'cocky', but I do not agree... huge difference between being cocky and being passionate.

as someone said they are just jealous that their team has been eliminated and still complain about the Aussie game and still fail to realized that there have been other world cup games including this world cup that players have taken dives and yet no one talks about those players or teams.
but also from my observations of other world cup since 1990 people tend to be against the Italian team hoping that they will lose while they are eating pizza and pasta as they watch the game.

italy deserves to be in the final.. even though it would be better if germany got in it.. germany winning the wc in their own country? that would be pretty awesome for the germans.. but oh welll italy did play better than them and they won fair and square.. so i dont know why people are saying italy cheated etc..

because people can't handle defeat hey i was cheering for Germany they lost life goes on congrats to Italy the best team won and that's that!

They are sour grapes. Don't pay any attention to them. Just enjoy the fact that they are going to the final. I am sorry, but I think France will beat them.

Because they don't have anything better to do in life...very pitiful and sad I really feel for those poor souls!!
