Confidence pure is not easy. To reach there one either gets confused or over-confident. Which one of these has atleast a chance to lead to a healthy confidence ?

Confusion. If you are confused, you keep questioning and trying to understand. If you are over-confident, why would you keep trying?

It depends, if it is a false sense of confidence, then that is out of line with reality. In terms of confusion if you have the ability to change then its a good thing. Howeve to compare the two in this manner is like comparing a boat to a car, not the same thing catagorically

Over confidence is much much better, at least one is certain to a great extent. Confusion never leads a person anywhere.

Personally I like both. Or at least I can deal with someone's confusion without too much trouble; someone who is over-confident sometimes you have to use a little tact with them. Why do you ask?
Could you be a little more specific with your question?

Vacillate between the two as the situation dictates hopefully you will eventually reach a happy medium

u can be confused when your over-confident

but u cannot be over-confident when your confused
