It was absolutely not offside. That goal was outstanding.
If it was offside as you state, Italy didn't cheat. The officials would have been at fault for missing that call. There are two side refs who would have made the call.

Italy did not cheat. If the goal was "clearly" offsides then the refs would've called it because they had no problem throughout the game calling Italy for all of their offsides. The Germans are a bunch of thugs who played dirty because their footskills aren't as good as the Italians. If anything, the refs favored Germany more with calls against their opposition...all throughout the World Cup. The first...and second Italian goals were beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. I am so glad to see freakin' Germany out of this thing. It makes me want to laugh...especially when I see the replay of Ballack crying about his team's loss.

well, the Italian win, bc we didnt' pay attention the last minute or two anymore...but they didn't play a fair game in the first 118 minutes, which is about the whole match!!! I was soooo sad last night and I'm still!!!!! If Italy would have played fair the whole game it would have been they played better...but the fact that we lost, cuz of players who would have a great career in hollywood, since they're so god damn good actors (the ref realized that too, when he told Camoranesi (I think it's him, the one that looked like a Sumo-fighter) to get up after he tried to to get a free shot, penalty shot, a yellow card for us AGAIN...oh, and not to mention that one Italian was jumping on one of our guys, doing some stunt and then complaining that the ref didn't say anything...there were so many other bad fouls and cheats from Italy during that game and that's how they have ever been playing football!!!
To answer your question, no it was not an offside, but yes they cheated...it was our fault we let those balls in, we just had bad luck..I'm still very proud of our team, since nobody thought we can even make it to the knock out round!!
I still hope though that Italy won't become World Champ, cuz dirty nasty players don't deserve the cup!!
It doesn't really matter who will make them cry on Sunday...France would be nice, cuz I favor them, they're a good team and got good skills and players...Portugal would be interesting, cuz they play just as dirty as Italy...
And by the way....they didn't play better...us and them are same level in the World Cup, they were lucky and get their bill on Sunday!
Saturday I hope we can make the third place!!!! We deserve it!!!

Germany was trying to hope for the game to go into a penalty shoot, because Italy tend to not do well when it comes to penalty shoot out given how they did in the past world cups where the game was decided by penalty shoot outs

I don't know enough about football to judge that. I didn't see anything that looked like cheating. But I also didn't see much sportsmanship from the Italian team .. to me, they came across as sly (in a lot of their delay tactics to get to extra time) and immature (batting away a helping hand from a German player when one guy fell) uncouth (a lot of raving and ranting) and total drama queens (what a lot of fake agony).
It was just .. so low, so basic, so caveman .. so they won a match (and yes I agree that their two goals were fine) .. but were they the better team? From a higher perspective than medals and money, I think not.

i does not say that i replaced into stunned, Italy has been playing somewhat grimy this international cup, yet they have continually been staggering! and besides, Germany beat Argentina in straightforward words b/c Argentina's goalie had to bypass b/c of his damage and they stuck that retard in there which couldn't quit the ball inspite of if it hit him contained in the face! yes they did. They've cheated throughout their games. If you look carefully with all of their games, just watch how much fake fouls they acted out. And, Italy will lose!
