I found this 1803 that looks like an indian head penny. I know that indian heads didnt come into existence to later years and im guess this might have been made for a jewelery setting or to be mounted. the back is sorta hollowed out. Does anyone know the value or what year this is truly from? any help would be appreciated.

Same thing as the silver dollars. The 1908-S and 1909-S Indians have value but the other Indians from 1882 and up are not scarce. Minted marked Lincoln cents from 1909 and up to 1920 have value some a lot some just a little.

You may have a manufactured coin or a miss strike look carefully, as a miss struck coin is where the extra value comes in.
