The best excercise to slim the insides of the legs or thighs is to stand with your legs wider than shoulder width apart. Point your feet outward on a slant. Put your hands on your hips. Do a squat excercise like you would with your legs shoulder width apart but go a little lower than the heigth of your knee. As you come back up, squeeze your butt and inside thigh area. Relax as you go back down. It is very importnat that when you squat down, that you point your feet in a direction that does not put strain on your knees. The feet should be pointed in a northeast and northwest positions. Do 4 sets of 20 reps everyday when you get up in the morning. Watch your diet also. As much as you work out, it does no good if you intake more calories than you burn.

I'm a little curvy and I just wish I had more streamline hips.. they look a lot sexier. You only have to look at Keira Knightley to judge for yourself haha.. but I'm working towards it :) Hopefully, by next year I will have achieved my goal (2 yrs at most). I'm doing aerobics regularly.. which helps burn calories. It's also really fun :) And most importantly.. squats and leg lifts! They tighten your glutes.. so your thighs are slim and toned. Try them! Go to an aerobic class, and specifically ask the instructor/tress to show you slow, controlled inner thigh toning leg-raises from the prone position, as it's hard to fully explain. They work!

I am sml framed and had huge thighs and tiny waist I got liposuction I had just under a litre of fat removed I 5"3 and 50kg

You are born with certain hips and there isnt a great deal you can do to change it , except plastic surgery i suppose.I love your hips anyway.
