You can.... but it's not advised... but you CAN keep two female rabbits together with their litters if they have adequate space and their own nest boxes... I keep my females together because even though i have fourteen rabbits, i feel that they get lonely if they don't have contact with the other rabbits.... But if i were you i wouldn't keep the male rabbit in the same cage... too risky

NO! I have no idea why anyone would say yes!
When you mate a female, you put her in with the male, never the other way round; she will resent having him on her territory and may attack him.
He may kill the kits to bring her back into oestrus and guarantee the next litter are his. Lots of animals do this including animals as diverse as lions and horses.
Or she will be disturbed and kill the young herself, if she doesn't feel that the environment is safe or suitable. Zoo animals and animals under stress do this.
She should be given a seperate hutch and run well before they are due.

It's not a good idea to leave males with females during birthing. With wild animals (like rabbits and such) males are very territorial and usually kill the young.

No! You should really get the male away from the female as soon as you know she's pregnant. The male will attack and kill it's young!

And never after that either. They WILL eat the young. Maybe even the day or week after.
Probably has to do with the limited space he is 'defending'.

No. Because if he is not nuetered he can get her pregnant that same day she gives birth. it is very difficult for a new mom to be pregnant and take care of her babies.

No your buck will eat the babies if you leave them together.
You need to only keep them together when you are t rying to breed. Other than that seperate cages.
