A good teacher is key, that is true, but technology, manipulatives, the right amount of light, space, and temperature are key factors to create a successful learning environment. High students may be able to achieve in any conditions...but the majority of students have different learning abilities and intelligences, they need differentiated instruction. Teaching facilities are the setting where learning occurs, therefore it is really important!

If you want to spoil teaching stop over using all these gadgets such as Laptops, LCD, OHP, Elevated class rooms, A/C, SOUND PROOF...., SOFT WARES etc, good teaching requires good teachers that's all.
