Oh man, I bet he's really angry and now thinks that he can't trust you at all. He'll start wondering every time you tell him you are with friends if you're saying the truth. I don't know how your father will react, but what I'd do is tell him the truth and apologize and then explain that you don't like lying to him but you feel that there are too many constraints. Talk to find a compromise so that you can spend time with your boyfriend. And show him that you can be trusted.

The truth...
Believe me it'll only get worse if you dont,
My step daughter done exactly the same thing..
Just apologise and be honest, he's probably upset because if anything had of happened to you (or someone in your family) how on earth would he of found you if you wasnt where you was supposed to be? He only loves & cares for you, your his baby after all, also remember because you lied to him about being with your boyfriend he's going to wonder if you was doing things you shouldnt be, just be honest with your parents, they love and want whats best for you, it's hard being a good parent these days, Good luck.

see dear,
that's the problem with Indian girls.
if you really love your boy friend, tell the truth with your dad, if he agrees well and good, if he doesn't then ask your boy to come and talk to him. give him some confidence that his daughter will not commit any silly mistakes in choosing her boy.
if you don't love your boy friend, then please don't repeat the same things like roaming with him, because, in countries like India, if you are caught n any kinds of problems, its very hard to come out of them.
then you'll be the ultimate sufferer and your pain will effect your parents also.
remember parents should always be given first preference.
now what you have to do is, think yourself, whether you love your boy or not. f you love him go ahead and say it to your dad and if you don't love him, stop him in his limits.
all the best

YOU WERE WITH SOMEONE ELSE!!!! Face the facts, you lied, got caught, get in trouble, and live with it. You shouldnt lie to your parents like that, what if there were an emergency, no one would know where the **** you were. Point is, don't lie, its just friggin stupid.

tell him the truth, apologize, and explain why you really did it. if it's because you don't feel comfortable talking to him or something along those lines then be honest with him. it may help to improve your relationship and make it more open so that next time you won't feel the need to lie.
