are the roads in india clear from the mumbai airport till bandra?

I mean can we travel from the airport till bandra or is it filled with rainwater ??

IT was down for about 4- 5 hours one 1 - 2 occassions - the roads are fine - but with few potholes

Its better today and take a chance to go. Just a little inconvinience at Mahim and Khar(if near sub-way)
