Concerning racism,understanding of diffrent customs not their own,truly accepting other skin color which is so primitive as of thinking.

I don't think all white people are backwards, but maybe some of us are because we have not had to think much about our own skin color because we are accepted easily and race is not usually an issue for us. I think many whites are well meaning but try too hard, or don't have good communication skills to dialog with other races. Some bend over backwards looking like fools in trying to prove they are not racists and may become patronizing in dealing with others. I think all races need to try and see where the other guy is coming from and keep communication honest and open, with respect in mind.

I think that statement is a generalization.
Being 'backwards' in regards to racism can happen with any color of skin. Or anything else for the matter. White people don't hold the patent on stupidity. The human race does.

the terms white and black are devisive and inaccurate-i am more pink and only albinos get close to white and most African-Americans are brown--the few people that are "black" and "white" probably are not the problem-also, as a "white" person, to use the traditional view of Caucausians, I have been screwed over more times and more ways by "white" people so if there was any one I didn't trust or have much care for it would be "white" people, however in all cases there are only certain people, individuals, in all groups that do not deserve to be part of the human race and what color they might fit into in a box of Crayolas has nothing to do with it.

No. In general, white people aren't backward, but they are an ethnocentric bunch.
White America, and all the values, goals, and morals involved seem, at least to them, to be the only way to go.
Many in that society seem to believe that you have to work hard, go to school, buy a home, have two children, and pick up a divorce or two along the way. If you choose to live your life a bit differently, that's when it seems Whitey starts looking down on you.

No white people as a whole are not "backwards", and to assume all white people are ANY particular way is as closed-minded and racist as you are accusing me of being. I have friends of all colors, from over 12 different countries, and many different religions. We appreciate each other for who we are, and our differences make us interesting to each other.
Everyone is different, and most people respect each other's customs and cultures, with the understanding that we all enrich each other.
Skin color does not matter. It is what is beneath the skin that matters, in people's hearts.

i think to generalize all white people that way is wrong. your concerns are in all races and cultures. i have worked in a company for years the is very diverse and i can tell you it is across the board. the only thing that i did find is if you are truly interested in the different cultures, etc and you question it, they call you prejudice or racist. the get offended because the think you should just know or understand already. there are very few that will explain it to you.

No, they are the same white in skin but they have different personality like us!We should not generalized them as we pre-judged them because they are all white they are backwards!I might respect white people because they have their strong economic attitude and most of them work hard to dominate the global economy!Americans contributed education and democracy to the Philippines during their colonization way back 2nd world war!

No. It would be impossible to go back. Nowadays we still do have racist people, but it is damn near impossible to be racist in todays world. A true racist would totally have to isolate themselves. The world is actually moving forward and people are becoming more and more accepting.

I dont think that question applies to just white people. People in general often lack the desire to understand outside of their immediate surroundings.
