the best thing to help weak English grammar is to take English classes or get books from the library or book store.

It's good that you are aware of your weaknesses and want to improve. You will, but the best way to do that is to READ! I taught English for 10 years and find that learning grammar from a book is not nearly as worthwhile as reading. By reading you not only learn about everything but see how it is written. READ all you can and your grammar will just naturally improve. Good luck!
