Breeding within a small gene pool is never a good idea: It tends to take harmful recessive genes and reinforce them to become dominate. Monsters are sometimes born from these unions. They tried it in the Middle Ages and all we got were hemophiliac Kings and Princes who, of course, didnt last long. This is Nature's way of culling the bad genes out of a gene pool.

Youre parents will probably disown you and, if youre the make, you will probably be convicted of a sex offense. It not worth it. Sisters arent for sex, theyre to introduce you to girls you can have sex with.
