Yes it is FAT - it's the most common dress size here in the UK, but that's cos like in the USA there's too many over weight people about. Once you hit size 14 over here it's considered you need to lose weight - at least it is with all of my friends, and UK television. Unless like some other people have said you're a tall person or have a big bust size.

The average dress size in the UK is a 14 so I think it's a very nice and normal size to be! As long as you're healthy, it doesn't matter how large you - just embrace it.

NO. If you really want to know medically then get your body mass index checked out and a body fat analyser and see how you go on them. A size 14 is curvy and sexy and height shouldn't matter either as a size 14 measures the same no matter what your height! It is the weight, height ratio and body fat you should be looking at. xx

The average dress size in the UK is 14 so I dont consider it to be fat. It's better to look curvy than look like a stick insect!

It's certainly not fat, but it's not thin either. I've been this size in the past, I'm only 5ft 2 and I was at the higher end of healthy weight, but not overweight, so for most women of average height or more it would probably be within a healthy range.

I agree with VeronicaB, height is important here - if you were 5 foot and size 14 you could be considered fat but if you were 6 foot and size 14 you would not be.

No definatly not . Frankly , I dont think people should be worried about dress sizes , its not the size that matters its the person who wears it :c) ... And again , a 10 is not fat.

this all depends on many things but statisticly it is not overweight! sometimes people where 14 because of thier hip size which could mean they dont even have much fat on them. if youare wearing a size 14 because your stomach will not fit in or your thighs wont then there is no need to panick. dont diet just yet but try to keep away form 16 , hugs xxxx p.s you are beautiful
